Universal Studios tasked us with overseeing dozens of cross promotional campaigns for the film. As part of this I art directed over 20 national and global television spots.
Here are just a few of my favorites. ⬇️
Minions x The Office
How do you announce that the Office is now streaming extended episodes on Peacock while advertising your new movie? Like this, this is how you do it.
Minions x IHOP
The director's cut of this is even more spicy.
Minions x JD.COM
JD.com is a huge retailer in China, and they have the most adorable mascot. When the Minions meet their mascot they literally fall head over heels in love.

Minions x McDonalds
The age old question...who gets the last nugget?

This guy had one of the best takes on what we were up to.
Minions x The Album

Everyone was talking about the "album of the summer" not knowing it was actually the Minions soundtrack.
Wild postings for the upcoming "festival".

Announcing the soundtrack.
Announcing the soundtrack.

We also got to work on the 70's inspired video for the Tame Impala and Diana Ross track.
